We provide you with key opportunities to share your ideas, hopes and yes, your dreams. Then, we follow that up with checkpoints and communication — looping you in as we curate and confirm each decision from the wedding band to the custom watercolor monogram and signature cocktails.
Yes, all couples can expect to work directly with Heather throughout the experience. Our team provides additional perspective and attention to detail to ensure that nothing is missed while Heather handles the overarching process. She will often be sitting down with you, or scheduling video consultations — involved with every step.
Please inquire for specifics. You can expect an all-inclusive flat fee that covers planning and consultations for every single event within your wedding weekend — the welcome party (at the pool perhaps), rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, post-wedding brunch and any other parties or celebrations. Even the welcome bag curation, RSVP tracking, unlimited consultations, wedding website, vendor management and your bridal styling team (to steam and help with dressing snafus) are included.
Given that all of the planning and logistical needs are covered with our flat fee, there are only a few items to consider. Common additional costs account for paper goods, welcome bags or other itemized fees that further personalize the wedding. Concierge guest management can also be added for an additional fee.
We treat each wedding as if it’s our own. Given that we are trusted with substantial wedding budgets, we maintain a mindful approach for each and every decision. We don’t want your wedding to look over the top (unless that’s what you ask for). Instead, we focus on the details that speak volumes. Think classy and customized elements that add delight and luxury throughout — letting the emotions and intentional designs pop. (P.S. You’ll have access to a live spreadsheet with up-to-date financials.)
We are dedicated exclusively to full-service planning. Every single phase contributes to the overall experience, so we will not skip anything from A to Z.
We keep it simple by staying in touch with pre-planned milestones. This streamlines requests without overwhelming your inbox! And if you ever need anything, our doors are open through email, Instagram DMs, and text (outside of emergencies, we’ll get back to you within business hours!). Video conversations are encouraged too.
